Founder & Head Coach
Tristan Winters
Fitness first started as a way for me to build confidence and become stronger, but over the last 10+ years of coaching, it has become so much more than that. Through years of coaching, personal growth, and a faith-centered perspective, I've come to believe that lasting transformation isn't just about changing your body, it's about changing the way you approach your health.
I've had the opportunity to coach busy moms, busy men, CrossFit athletes, and general population clients chasing everything from fat loss to lasting recomposition. While I enjoy working with a wide variety of people, I get the most fulfillment from helping busy, hardworking individuals achieve results they never thought were possible. There is nothing more rewarding than watching someone gain confidence, understand nutrition, and realize they can build a lifestyle that actually lasts.
At The Daily Pursuit, I believe coaching should always be personal. Every client deserves an approach that's built around their life, not a one-size-fits-all plan. Through consistent communication, education, and accountability, my goal is to help you build sustainable habits and achieve results you're proud of.
Outside of coaching, you'll usually find me searching for a great coffee shop, spending time at the beach, making memories with my niece, or enjoying a great episode of Ted Lasso. I believe fitness should enhance your life, not become your entire life, and that's exactly how I strive to coach every client who trusts me with their journey.
