Question 1

I've worked with coaches before. How is this different?

Accepted Answer

The TDP Standard. Replies in 10–20 minutes, not days. Plans rebuilt in real time when your week changes, send us the restaurant menu and get an answer before you order. And a coach who is still just as engaged in month six as in week one. Most people come to us on their third, fourth, or fifth coach. They stay because nothing else operates like this.

Question 2

Do you coach men?

Accepted Answer

Yes. About 20% of our clients are men, and some of our best transformations. Everything is 1:1 and personalized regardless.

Question 3

Should I just take a GLP-1?

Accepted Answer

It's a fair question and we'll talk it through honestly. For people who already train and are already fairly lean, appetite suppression usually costs muscle, and losing muscle tends to make things look worse, not better. The goal here is recomposition: often MORE food alongside real training. Bring it up on your call and we'll give you a straight answer.

Question 4

What coaching options are available?

Accepted Answer

Choose 1-on-1 nutrition coaching or join the TDP Training App for structured programming. Applying is free, and Tristan walks you through the available 1-on-1 coaching options on your consultation call.

Question 5

What happens after I apply?

Accepted Answer

A coach personally reviews your application and texts you back, usually within hours, to set up your free consultation call. No payment info is needed to apply.

Question 6

What makes TDP different from macro coaching or meal plans?

Accepted Answer

You get a real coach who reads every check-in and adjusts your plan personally. No auto-generated feedback, no templates, no meal plan you have to force yourself to follow. Your plan is built for the life you actually live.

Question 7

Am I too busy for this?

Accepted Answer

The busier your week, the more the mechanism matters. Your plan gets rebuilt in real time, not at some check-in next Tuesday. Client dinner, tournament weekend, 5am flight, text your coach and get a revised plan back in minutes. Nothing gets written off as a lost week.

Question 8

How fast will I see results?

Accepted Answer

You'll notice changes in energy, sleep, and hunger within 2–4 weeks. Visible recomposition usually shows up across 3+ months of consistent work.

Question 9

Do you do calls or just texts?

Accepted Answer

Both. Check-ins are text-based so you can send them any time that fits your week, and you can book a call any week you want one. Call when life happens, too.

Question 10

I've already worked with good coaches. What's left to gain?

Accepted Answer

Precision and responsiveness. Most plateaus at this level come from a plan that never moves and support that fades. We adjust weekly against your real biofeedback, and we're in your corner between check-ins, not just at them.

Question 11

What's included in 1-on-1 coaching?

Accepted Answer

Replies in minutes, real-time plan rebuilds, macro targets, a cardio protocol, supplementation guidance, lifestyle goals, and access to the private client community.

Question 12

Do I have to count macros forever?

Accepted Answer

No. Tracking is a tool we use during coaching to build skill and precision. Many clients graduate off tracking entirely and eat by feel with the same results.

Question 13

I travel a lot for work. Can this still work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We build travel weeks into the plan, different macros, different training, restaurant strategy. Travel stops being a reset and becomes just another week.

Question 14

Do you offer meal plans?

Accepted Answer

We don't hand out rigid meal plans, because they don't survive a real week. What we do is teach you to hit your targets with the foods you already eat, in your life as it actually is.

Question 15

Is there a refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Coaching is a commitment. We walk through fit and expectations carefully on the consultation call so both sides know it's a match before you sign. Contact hello@thedailypursuit.com with any specific questions.
